Warranty

1-year parts-only warranty, limited to manufacturer defects. Replacement parts are supplied at no charge; labor is not included.

• Standard ground shipping of warranty replacement parts to you is covered. If a defective part is requested back, return shipping of that part is the customer's responsibility.
• Pallet/freight shipping costs are not covered under warranty in either direction.
• Warranty is limited to manufacturer defects and does not cover misuse, improper installation, failure to follow the manual, water quality or scale buildup, power surges, freezing, shipping damage, or cosmetic wear. Normal adjustments within the manufacturer's range (temperature, pump pressure, grind setting, etc.) are not defects.
• Coverage applies within the contiguous United States. On-site service and travel are not included.

Shipping & Delivery

• This item ships by LTL freight on a pallet only — express shipping is not available. Pallet deliveries are curbside only (no inside delivery). Open and inspect the cartons before signing the Bill of Lading and note any damage on the driver's paperwork; signing without noting damage forfeits the right to a damage claim. Pallet size and weight may vary slightly.
• Free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more delivered within the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and international addresses are not eligible and incur additional shipping charges.
• Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS; the carrier is selected by us. Most orders arrive within 7 business days; allow up to 14 business days for weekends, holidays and carrier delays. Rush shipping may be available for an additional charge.
• A signature is required for all orders over $150 and for all deliveries to major metropolitan areas.
• Shipments cannot be redirected once they are in transit.
• Inspect your order on arrival and do not use visibly damaged equipment. Note any carton damage with the driver when signing, and report damage, defects or missing items with photos within 5 business days of delivery (3 business days for commercial and pallet deliveries). Keep all original boxes and packing materials for carrier inspection; discarding them voids return, exchange and refund eligibility.
• Installation, plumbing, electrical work and setup are not included.

Important Disclosures

• Commercial equipment: requires professional installation by a qualified technician (dedicated electrical circuit and, where applicable, water line and drain) at the buyer's expense. Commercial equipment sales are final after 5 business days from delivery; returns must be new, unused and unopened.
• None of the VBM machines carry NSF approval. Check with your local health department before using one in a commercial food-service setting.
