Crafted from hand-spun wool, Ralph Lauren’s Reynolds collection is designed to faithfully re-create the free spirit and rich patina of Oushak tribal rugs, a style native to Turkey in the 19th century. Knotted by hand in the tradition of nomadic weavers, the extra thick yarns and large Turkish knots yield a plush pile and comfortable underfoot. Each rug is detailed with fringe edges and specially washed to achieve a subtle sheen inspired by the lustrous finish inherent to antique Oushak rugs.
