Each product ages for a different period and in specific casks
2 Gold Medals: characterised by notes of ripe fruit, liquorice and black pepper, offering an excellent sweet-sour balance on the palate. 3 Gold Medals: sweet, delicate and enveloping, it gives a tasty and original touch to every dish. 4 Gold Medals: syrupy and mildly peppery, with a great body and persistent honey notes.
Each product has its own specific aromatic bouquet making the entire collection very versatile and perfect for different dishes: from raw vegetables to soft and aged cheese, from risotto to meat, dessert and fresh fruit.
