• Participants should be in good physical condition
• Participants are strongly encouraged to spend around 3 days in Summit County or a similar elevation prior to your hike
• All participants must sign a waiver and fill out a health history form
• Participants must be at least 12 years old
• Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian

What To Wear
