Experience a fun group setting with our Executive Pastry Chef, for a unique pastry class that offers a decadent pastry adventure. Master the delicate art of French macarons and learn the techniques to create Angelina's famous Le Tourbillon Framboise. This exquisite pastry features a crunchy macaron shell, light raspberry cream, fresh raspberries, and a thin white chocolate disk, topped with a vanilla cream decoration.
This intimate and educational class, led by our Executive Chef, is perfect for a bachelorette party, single mingle, first dates, small groups of friends, or anyone looking to elevate their culinary skills.

After Executive Pastry Chef, Laure Larrose, finished her pastry studies in France, Laure moved to London and worked for Alan Yau OBE in renowned Yauatcha restaurant. Next, she went to Toronto to help build the reputation of Nadege Patisserie for 9 years. Her next collaboration will be with Chef Daniel Boulud in New York.
Meet Your Host
Kate studied Fashion Communication and Brand Marketing at ESMOD in Paris. She started her career working as an Event Manager for Lenotre, the number one catering company on the French Riviera. She then decided to move to New York to pursue her career with Angelina Paris. She helped open the first tearoom in 2020 and developed the brand on the Upper East Side in 2023.

We offer a 100% refund, minus a $25 service fee, for refund requests made no later than 5 days before the start of classes/events. No refunds/ reschedule will be issued otherwise, unless the class has been canceled by Simply Me Box, wherein 100% of the class and fee will be refunded.
Kitchen will be open 10 minutes before listed class time. Class will start promptly at listed time.
IMPORTANT: To ensure a great experience for all, participants who arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled class time will not be permitted to join the class and will forfeit the class. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.

Essential Information
• Combined weight of the student and passenger cannot exceed 500 pounds

• Video packages are available to purchase directly from the flight school on the day of your flight
Duration
• Lesson times vary according to the flight package selected. The Northern Illinois Flight is a 1.5-hour lesson, the Downtown Adventure Flight is a 2-hour lesson.
Weather Dependent
• This experience is not weather dependent. In the event of inclement weather, the ground school portion of the lesson will still be conducted, and the flight portion of your lesson will be rescheduled to a nicer day.

FAQs
What about weather?
Your flight lesson contains an element of interesting and educational ground school at the start which is done rain or shine. If after reviewing the weather your instructor decides it will not be good enough to fly, you will still do the ground school portion and reschedule your flight portion. This experience is never canceled due to weather.
Can I bring passengers?
Yes, you may bring 1 passenger, but the combined weight of the participant and passenger cannot exceed 500 lbs.
What if I'm interested in continuing to learn to fly and gain certification?
Your instructor is FAA Certified and can certify your flight time at the end of your lesson and will discuss with you the easy process if you are interested in becoming a pilot.
Do I need experience?
No, our hands-on course is geared for beginners.
Is there an age requirement for the participant?
No. If the participant is a minor, he/she will need parental consent. The pilot is able to tailor the experience to participants of any age. Passengers must be old enough to ride without a child seat.
What is the difference between the chief pilot and a normal pilot?
While all of our partners pilots are qualified and certified to fly and instruct flights, their chief pilots do come with more experience and accolades that may provide more comfort during your flight.

Exchanges
Recipients may exchange unredeemed or redeemed but unbooked Experiences at any time free of charge.
Should the recipient choose to exchange for a more expensive Experience, he or she will simply need to pay the price difference. Should he or she exchange for a less expensive Experience, the remainder will constitute an unredeemed balance remaining on such Experience Voucher or Gift Certificate, which will be applied to the recipient's account. Such unredeemed balances may only be redeemed toward future bookings of Experiences at the Website and are not redeemable for cash.
