Bezzera has upgraded the Matrix espresso machines with a 20 amp power cord, and for those using a 15 amp outlet, an adapter is included for ease. However, if your outlet is 15 amps, running both boilers at once is not recommended. The machine is programmed to prioritize the "Coffee" boiler, and keeping this setting ensures the best performance. The Matrix MN features a stylish design with rosewood accents, a stainless steel front, and customizable body colors to complement any kitchen. With dual boilers controlled by individual PIDs and an E61 group that maintains consistent hot water circulation, it delivers precise temperature control for exceptional espresso.
