Please note, when using a 15 amp outlet, avoid heating both boilers at once. For safety and peak performance, your machine prioritizes the "Coffee" boiler, a setting we strongly advise you not to alter. The DUO DE combines classic craftsmanship with modern technology for an effortless brewing experience. Its intuitive touchscreen lets you adjust brew and steam boiler temperatures via PIDs, while a third PID precisely controls the electronically heated group head—an upgrade over previous models.
