Autumn in Paris Collection - 19 PC
Over 350 years ago, the Bissinger family created their renowned confections for French royalty. In 1668, King Louis XIV honored Bissinger’s with the title Confiseur Imperial, or Confectioner to the Empire. For two centuries, Bissinger’s creations were enjoyed at the Palace of Versailles by Kings, Queens, Heads of State, and French nobility. Even Napoleon Bonaparte famously gifted his wife Josephine a box of Bissinger’s treats after returning from battle. Today, these treasured recipes and traditional techniques are preserved in every confection we make. Crafted by our Chief Chocolatiers, Bryan and Chris, this 19-piece collection captures the essence of a crisp autumn day in Paris. We invite you to savor each piece and discover the rich history behind every chocolate.
INSIDE THIS COLLECTION, you will find Apple Cinnamon Pecan Caramels, Pear Walnut Caramels, Hand-Painted Dark Salted Caramel Leaves, Pumpkin Toffee, Maple Pecan French Cremes, European Truffles & our famous Parisian Caramel.
