Each piece is hand selected according to the season and what's best at the farmers' markets. Apple varieties include Fuji, Pink Lady, Cameo and Sweet Cheeks; pear varieties include Bosc, Taylor Gold, Bartlett and d'Anjou. (3 pieces; approx. 14 oz. total)
• Theo Organic Bread & Chocolate Bar: Made with Fair Trade, 70% dark chocolate from the Democratic Republic of Congo, this bar features sourdough bread from the Essential Baking Company in Seattle.
