The Bezzera Matrix DE Dual Boiler Espresso Machine now includes a 20 amp power cord, along with an adapter for use with 15 amp outlets. If connecting to a 15 amp outlet, do not select the option for both boilers to heat simultaneously. During testing, the machine is set to prioritize the "Coffee" Boiler and we recommend keeping this setting. With stunning light panels and a touchscreen display, the Matrix DE is both a visual and functional powerhouse. Additionally, three PID temperature controllers ensure precise and stable temperatures.

Similar to the MN model, the Matrix DE has the ability to transition between colors to suit changing preferences, all through the touch screen display. The display also allows for controlling the temperature of the brew and steam boilers by adjusting their respective PIDs. In addition, unlike the MN, the specially designed, electronically heated group head of the Bezzera Matrix DE is regulated by a third PID for precise temperature control.
The Bezzera Matrix DE Dual Boiler Espresso Machine allows for programming of automatic on and off times, switching between reservoir and plumbed operation, and self-backwashing with just a few clicks. One major enhancement from the MN version is the Matrix DE's ability to brew volumetrically. With the option to program four different shot volumes or manually brew, Bezzera offers ultimate customization for its users.
Choose between plumbed or reservoir operation on the Bezzera Matrix DE Dual Boiler Espresso Machine. You can also select which boiler has priority during heat up, and you can even program the machine to turn on automatically before you wake up, ensuring it's ready to brew by the time you're ready to start your day. The Matrix DE boasts the same automated pre-infusion as the MN model, making brewing a breeze with the intuitive push button and toggle operation, each function designated by an easy-to-understand icon. The rosewood steam knob on the Matrix DE provides powerful steaming capabilities, with the option to lock it into place for a continuous stream. Dial in the pre-infusion and shot times for consistently amazing shots, or have some fun experimenting with manual brewing depending on your mood.
