Bezzera DUO espresso machines now come equipped with a 20 amp power cord, but an adapter is included for those with 15 amp outlets. If using a 15 amp outlet, avoid using both boilers simultaneously. The default setting is for the "Coffee" boiler to have priority, and we suggest keeping it that way. The Bezzera DUO MN is similar to the Matrix MN model, offering a touch screen display with dual PIDs to precisely control the temperature of both the brew and steam boilers. The display is conveniently located on the PID, with the brew temperature on the left and the steam temperature on the right. It's easy to program the machine for scheduled on/off times, switch between reservoir and plumbed operation, and access maintenance cycles with a few simple clicks. The display also warns when the reservoir water is low and reminds you to replace or recharge the water filter. For uninterrupted brewing, the machine can be connected directly to a water line. With the Bezzera DUO MN, you can enjoy multiple cups of premium espresso with minimal effort. This machine has a classic aesthetic, but the addition of a 3.5" touch display adds a modern touch.
